PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rear-view mirror device having a housing and a mirror plate to be integrally adjusted with the housing, while preventing transmission of the vibration of the housing to the mirror plate, and allowing the housing and the mirror plate to be separately exchanged. SOLUTION: The rear-view mirror device to be installed in a vehicle having a mirror support part is provided with the mirror plate, a mirror support plate for supporting the mirror plate, an adjustment unit and the housing. The adjustment unit is provided with a base part to be directly fitted to the mirror support part and a platform unit installed in the base part freely to rotate around at least one shaft in relation to the base part.
