PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seat mechanism for a vehicle which supports a seat cushion of a seat for the vehicle rotatably and movably, smoothes a pull-up operation of the seat cushion, and facilitates the adjustment of an operation load. SOLUTION: In the seat mechanism 10 for the vehicle which supports the seat cushion so as to be turnable, a link bracket 9 of the seat cushion is connected like a hinge to the frame 4 of the seat for the vehicle using a stepped bolt 11 gripping a wave washer 12 and a nut 14. Therefore, by using the waveform shape of the wave washer 12, a turning operation of the link bracket 9 is smoothed, the deflection amount of the wave washer 12 is determined by appropriately changing the length of the step of the stepped bolt 11 and the wave washer 12, and the adjustment of the operation load for pulling up the link bracket 9 is facilitated.
