PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an impact-resistant coating apparatus for housing a nonvolatile liquid with such features that the liquid filled in a lengthy tubular casing of the apparatus does not ooze out even when the casing is dropped on the ground, in particular, by arranging a covering member having shock-resistant ability. SOLUTION: This apparatus is made up of the rectangular tubular casing 1 in which prescribed amounts of a first liquid 3 and a second liquid 4 are housed and separated each other by using a certain viscous material 5, and further, a breaking mechanism 6 arranged in the vicinity of the closed end of the casing 1, and the impact-resistant covering member 9. The covering member 9 is arranged near the end of the breaking mechanism 6 of the rectangular tubular casing 1 and has a guide hole 10 connecting from a space wherein the liquid 4 is housed till the end of the breaking mechanism of the rectangular tubular casing.
