PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cushion pad permitting adjusting the hardness of a seat by controlling the spring constant of the cushion pad. SOLUTION: The cushion pad 1 is made of a foam resin material used as a cushion material of the seat for a vehicle. Elastic tubes 2 and 3 whose internal pressure is maintained by forcing a fluid into the tubes are extended inside the cushion pad along the seat surface 11 of the cushion pad, and are integrally formed of the foaming resin material.
