PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a token cleaning device of a dry cleaning type improving the accuracy of the token cleaning, sterilizing them, having a sufficiently small size for being incorporated in a token feed circulating passage and easily maintained. SOLUTION: Used tokens recovered from each slot machine are separated into non-stacked states by a guide 103, fed to a following ultraviolet ray emitting mechanism 300 with their mounted on a conveyer 210, and exposed to the ultraviolet rays. Oxidation of ozone and active oxygen made by the incident ultraviolet rays oxidizes, decomposes, and volatilizes organic dirts stuck to one surfaces of the tokens.
