A fitting piece for a vehicle, in particular, a motor vehicle, is disclosed, whereby the fitting piece comprises a fixing means, a moulded body and a visible side and said fixing means is, furthermore, reversibly detachable. A method for assembly of the fitting piece is also disclosed, whereby the fitting piece is essentially directly connected to the chassis and/or the outer skin of the vehicle. |
