The mechanism locks a lid (2) which contains at least one safety insert (15) with holders (14) for removing the lid and insert together from the switchgear underpart (1). A sealing part (10) on the lid can engage an arrester (27) on the underpart, with a sealing wire through a hole (30) in the sealing part aligned with one in the lid. The lid outer wall (4) has at least one aperture (5) with a slidable cover (6) with at least one test hole (11). The sealing part is formed by a lever swivelable in the lid with at least one of three active, protruding ends (22-24). An actuating lever (22) can engage the sealing hole, while a bolt (23) can engage an arrester lug (27). A blocking strap (24) can engage one end of the slidable cover. |
