FLYWHEEL ASSEMBLY

A flywheel assembly is an assembly into which torque is inputted from a crankshaft (91) of an engine and has a second flywheel (3), a damper mechanism (4), and a first friction-producing mechanism (5). The damper mechanism (4) couples elastically in the rotating direction the second flywheel (3) to the crankshaft (91) and has an input side circular plate (20), output side circular plates (32, 33), and coil springs (34, 35, 36) elastically coupling the input side and output side plates. The first friction producing mechanism (5) is a mechanism acting parallel in the rotating direction to the damper mechanism and uses a second friction surface (3c) of the second flywheel (3) as a friction surface.
