An information service system comprising an interaction system (31) in which an interaction control device (3103) is installed to provide information or execute a processing in response to an information provision or processing execution request entered by a service user via voice or a pushbutton according to an interaction script; an interaction log management device (32) that manages an interaction log on the usage state of the interaction system (31); and a call charge share calculation device (33) that calculates the share of the call charge for the use of an information service given by an information service provider to a service user, referring to the interaction log managed by the interaction log management unit (32) and the information on telephone call charge for the use of the interaction system. An information service method and an information service program are also disclosed.
