DRUGS FOR TREATING CANCER

摘要

It is intended to provide a drug for treating cancer wherein a therapeutic effect on cancer is synergistically enhanced by using a substance inhibiting the activities of insulin-like growth factor-I (IGF-I) and insulin-like growth factor-II (IGF-II). Namely, a drug for treating cancer, which comprises a substance inhibiting the activities of IGF-I and IGF-II, to be administered together with exposure to radiation; and a drug for treating cancer comprising a substance inhibiting the activities of IGF-I and IGF-II combined with a substance having an antitumor activity.
