METHOD FOR DESIGNING JOINTING SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for designing a jointing system where the process of designing a production system relating to jointing is clarified.

SOLUTION: The method for designing a jointing system has the steps of inputting features required for a junction part and outputting jointing types corresponding to this input; inputting the use conditions of the jointing types and the jointing part and outputting the joint corresponding to this input; inputting the states of the joint and the jointing part and outputting t or more kinds of jointing methods; inputting conditions relating to the jointing methods and the jointing and outputting the jointing means corresponding to this input; inputting the scale of the jointing means and the junction system and outputting the jointing system corresponding to this input; deciding the quality of the jointing system; and inputting the use conditions of the jointing types and jointing parts, when the decision on the quality turns out to be inappropriate, and outputting the joint corresponding to this input. Those steps are repeated, until the decision on the quality is obtained to be appropriate.
