SEMICONDUCTOR LASER DEVICE AND ITS MANUFACTURING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent erroneous connection and static electricity in connecting a semiconductor laser element and a DC power supply. SOLUTION: A semiconductor laser device comprises: a light emitting means 1 provided with a semiconductor laser element; the DC power source 2 provided with both positive and negative pole terminals, an element connection means 3 connected to the light emitting means 1; and a power supply connection means 3 connected to both positive and negative pole terminals of the DC power source 2. The element connection means 3 and the power source connection means 4 are provided with both pole terminals of a non-deformation part. By fitting and connecting at least one of the both pole terminals, the erroneous connection of the semiconductor laser element and the power source is prevented. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
