PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a baglike container having a container body constituted of a bag member and a spout member, wherein the bag member and the spout member can be neatly and rigidly glued and fixed to each other. SOLUTION: The baglike container 1 has the container body constituted of the bag member 2 and the spout member 3 and a plurality of laterally extending protrusions 35 formed in parallel on a side face of a base 3b of the spout member 3 serving as a coupling portion with the bag member 2. A hole 36 passing through a wall of the base 3b and reaching a pouring passage inside the base 3b is formed between the protrusions 35 of the base 3b of the spout member 3.
