PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air conditioning unit for a vehicle capable of easily enlarging passage area of a defroster blow out passage and a vent blow out passage. SOLUTION: Two blowers 25A, 25B are arranged side by side in a horizontal direction on an upper part of a main body casing 21 storing an evaporator and a heater core therein, and a motor 50 driving a fan 26 is arranged in a space formed between scroll casings 27 of the two blowers. An air mix space is formed at the upper part in the main body casing, the vent blow out passage 61 and the defroster blow out passage 62 extending upward of the main body casing from the air mix space is provided, and the defroster blow out passage 62 is arranged close to the motor to enter a space between the scroll casings of the two blowers.
