PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radiator ventilation structure of a construction machinery capable of improving the maintenance workability of a radiator. SOLUTION: A net 9 is integrated with an outer end part of a duct 8 for ventilation, a downwardly protruded engagement piece 19 is provided on a lower side of an inner end part of the duct 8, the engagement piece 19 is engaged in a dropping manner with an engagement groove 14 formed by a plurality of projecting pieces 16 ... on a base 12 of a radiator support 10, and an upper portion of the duct is bolted to a duct upper portion fitting part 11 of the radiator support 10.
