PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a convenient cleaner in which a direction of the head can be easily changed and strongly fixed in each direction. SOLUTION: To make a direction of the head changeable into a lateral position orthogonally crossing the handle 4 and a longitudinal position along the extending direction of the handle 4, a plurality of mutually engaging projections 35a, 35b and dent parts 34a, 34b are formed on a base side connection part 12 set on an upper face of the base 10 of the head 3 and a handle side connection part 23 set on the distal end of the handle 4, and a screw bar 38 to retain both connection parts 12, 23 and a handle 39 to release fixation by the screw bar 38 are set on the cleaner.
