PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an edge processing structure of a skin surface of a seat for a car that can improve the appearance of a seat for a car. SOLUTION: The edge processing structure of the skin surface material is composed in a way that a flexing part of each edge section comes close to each other using a first locking member 60 that holds a edge section 43 of the skin surface element 40 flexed towards the internal side and a tubular second locking member 70 that holds the first locking member 60 contained inside.
