An amino acid composition which comprises (1) glycine, (2) at least either of proline and alanine, and (3) at least either of glutamine and glutamic acid; and the amino acid composition which further contains at least one member selected from the group consisting of CoA, acetyl CoA, and pyruvic acid. The amino acid compositions have the effect of accelerating fat combustion. |
