The device fastens glass in facing panes (1) or covering panels. It consists of a frame (5) fastened to the underside of the glass panel or panel, with a groove (6) into which a holder (2) can be inserted which holds a fastening screw (7). The groove is shaped so that the holder cannot fall out once inserted. The whole entity can be then fixed to an under construction (3). Finally, the screw is drawn through the gap (4) in the panels using a tool. The holder can be swung open far enough to allow the glass panes to be inserted between ready made panels.
