RADIO MOBILE TERMINAL, RADIO LAN AREA NOTIFICATION SERVER AND RADIO COMMUNICATION SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio communication system where a radio LAN system notifying a user of a radio mobile terminal of existence of the radio LAN system while suppressing power consumption of the radio mobile terminal and a cellular radio system are integrated.

SOLUTION: The radio mobile terminal 110 is provided with a radio interface which can transmit/receive data to/from the radio LAN system 102, and a radio interface which can transmit/receive data to/from a PHS system 101. Subscriber information and detection information are transmitted to a radio LAN area notification server 105. The radio LAN area notification server 105 constructs a database which associatively holds a PHS base station, and an installation place of the radio LAN system from received subscriber information and detection information; and notifies the user of existence of the radio LAN system when the radio LAN system which the user can use exists in a communication range of the radio base station.
