<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable automatic processing of photographic data of an object property as the management information of the object property, by managing properties of maintenance management objects in an integrated manner. <P>SOLUTION: A worker such as a maintenance and management agent downloads and prints out a property check table 10 of the object property of maintenance and management from a server device 1 to a terminal device 3. In the article check table 10, a bar code 11 capable of specifying a check item is described. An object check is performed by use of the printed article check table 10, and bar code information read by use of a digital camera 5 with bar code read function or a cellular phone 6 with bar code reading function is stored in association with image information of the object article taken by the digital camera function, and transmitted to the server device 1.
