PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a non-reciprocal circuit element capable of ensuring strength and reducing size simultaneously, and to provide a high frequency module using it. SOLUTION: The non-reciprocal circuit element is provided with a magnetic yoke composed of an upper yoke and a lower yoke, a permanent magnet, a ferrite section having a plurality of center electrodes crossing being insulated electrically from one another, and a dielectric substrate provided with a matching capacity, and is composed by housing the permanent magnet and the ferrite section by the upper and lower magnetic yokes, and arranging the dielectric substrate in the lower part of the lower magnetic yoke. A recession is formed in the dielectric substrate, and at least a part of the lower magnetic yoke is engaged with the recession of the dielectric substrate. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
