PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrolytic capacitor, the heat dissipation performance of which is improved by providing a means for emitting heat energy of a capacitive element of the electrolytic capacitor to an outer packaging aluminum case. SOLUTION: In the electrolytic capacitor wherein the capacitive element formed by winding an anode foil and a cathode foil via a separator is sealed to the aluminum made outer packaging case, silica-alumina-based ceramic is coated to the capacitive element to enhance the heat dissipation performance.
