PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify a design for reinforcing an insulation characteristic by preventing the occurrence of phase shorting within a sealed vessel or ground fault under the condition that the sealed vessel is evacuated to the negative pressure condition, by suspending operations of a transformer and a reactor and by keeping the negative pressure under a constant value. SOLUTION: When pressure in the vessel becomes lower and the value obtained by subtracting the pressure within the vessel from the outside pressure of the vessel becomes larger than an elastic force of an elastic material, a negative pressure preventing valve opens until the pressure in the vessel becomes equal to the negative pressure equal to or lower than the constant value. Consequently, the pressure in the vessel is kept within the constant pressure range with the aid of the elastic force of the elastic material. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
