CONDUCTIVE PASTE AND CERAMIC ELECTRONIC PART

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conductive paste and a highly reliable ceramic electronic part which enable to prevent aging of a dispersion state of conductive powders and glass frits, and to maintain paste characteristics at manufacturing for a long period. SOLUTION: In the conductive paste containing the conductive powders, the glass frits, and an organic vehicle in which a neutral polymer material is dissolved in an organic solvent, as the conductive powders and the glass frits, those of immersing calories per unit area to the organic vehicle of not less than 0.3 J/m2are used. Furthermore, as the conductive powders, those which contain the flat state conductive powders are used. Furthermore, as the conductive powders, copper powders are used. Furthermore, as the neutral polymer material constituting the organic vehicle, an acrylic polymer is used. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
