PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-reliability rotary positive electrode type X-ray tube device easily and stably manufacturable in a short time without needing an additional process or special equipment in manufacturing a rotary positive electrode type X-ray tube using a liquid metal lubricant agent. SOLUTION: Annular reservoirs formed of annular deep grooves are formed by interposing a dynamical pressure type sliding bearing in a direction along a center axis, the annular reservoirs are bypassed by a lubricant agent passage without being radially bent, and gas is allowed to pass them. By installing an additional radial bearing, the inside of each annular reservoir can be evacuated without leaking the liquid metal lubricant agent from it. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
