PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely print a patterned part comprising a colorless, transparent, and water-repellent film layer on the surface of glass only by a conventional printing method or a label transfer printing without applying masking. SOLUTION: The colorless, transparent, and water-repellent film layer forming the patterned part on the surface of the glass is made of a substance which does not deposit on the glass surface except the patterned part, e.g. a urethane, an acrylic silicone, and a melamine. In addition, by using a label on which a pattern is printed by a water-repellent ink, a pattern comprising a colorless, transparent, and water-repellent film layer is formed only by a label transfer printing.
