PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a synthetic resin pellet or powder mixing hopper excellent in workability and mixing two kinds of synthetic resin pellets or powders, or the synthetic resin pellets or powders and another material in good quantitative relation using a simple device to supply the resulting mixture to manufacture a stable molded product. SOLUTION: This synthetic resin pellet or powder mixing hopper has a main hopper comprising a hopper main body and a supply pipe and a secondary hopper and also has a horizontal moving regulation plate or a rotationally moving regulation plate for regulating a supply amount in the main hopper supply pipe or the main hopper supply pipe and a secondary hopper supply pipe. A secondary hopper main body is positioned above the hopper main body of the main hopper while the lower end of the secondary hopper supply pipe is positioned in the main hopper supply pipe and the secondary hopper can be moved up and down.
