METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR MANAGING ANIMALS USING INTERNET

Disclosed are animal management system and method using the Internet, capable of providing systematic and efficient animal-related services such as pet-care, medical treatment, goods selling, beauty art, information-providing, electronic commerce, etc., that have been individually carried out in animal hospitals and/or shops, through the use of the Internet and information processing technologies, by integrally concentrating and managing information on animals and customers that have been individually held and managed in off-line animal hospitals at the Internet data center. The present invention can solve non-systematic and inconsistent management and medical consultation problems that have been made thourgh exchange of information among non-specialists on the Internet and helps the customer to purchase animal-related goods more smoothly and correctly. It is thus possible to accomplish disease prevention and health care of the animal and correct distribution of related goods. Further, the present invention can provide a systematic and safe background where animals and humans can coexist, by assigning an identifier number (ID No.) to an animal and intensively managing information on a corresponding animal.
