The present invention provides a vocoder equipment in mobile communication system and a method of speech frame scheduling, vocoder equipment includes host control CPU, n vocoder elements and interrupt generation logical element; host control CPU, applies to read coding speech frame from vocoder elements, and write received speech frame into vocoder elements; n vocoder elements, applies to achieve decoding/coding of speech frame, and receive and send PCM code flow of speech by time multiplex interface; interrupt generation logical element, applies to time generation interrupted signal, and send to host control CPU and vocoder elements. Adopting to said equipment and method of the present invention, reduce multiple port route communication element for buffer speech frame in hardware, is simple in structure; process speech frame of multiple vocoder element in a interrupt at the same time, and do not need to generate a interrupt in speech frame of every vocoder, so host control CPU do not need to frequent respond interrupted signal to process, improve performance of host control CPU.
