The present invention relates to systems and methods of providing multi-media contents for psychotherapy. More particularly, the present invention relates to systems and methods for psychotherapy that cures user's psychology by providing the user with proper multi-media contents depending on the user's vital signals inputted from the user and psychology mode selected by the user. There is provided a method of providing multi-media contents for psychotherapy comprises: deciding a psychology mode appropriate for an user; searching multi-media contents corresponding to the decided psychology mode; and outputting multi-media contents searched depending on the decided psychology mode. The system server unit and the user unit can be connected through networking means. Thus, the user can have psychotherapy without visiting facilities for the treatment such as hospital, so that it is possible for the user to reduce spending of time and money.
