<p>The device is for changing a cushion cover which is worn for one which is clean and fresh, the cover being provided with a closure, such as a hotel closure. The device incorporates removal items for removal of the used cover from the cushion, an application arrangement for applying a clean and fresh cover, insert components for insertion of the cushion in teh clean and fresh cover, insert components for insertion of the cushion in the clean and fresh cover and closure devices for closing the hotel closure of the cushion cover. The device (1) has a first transporter (2) on which paired pins (3) are fitted. On these pins the cushion with its used cover (4) can be engaged. Parallel to the first transporter runs a second (5), on which the cushion pulled from the used cover can be placed. The used covers are collected in a magazine (7), stacked and subsequently fed away via a conveyor belt (8). Clean and fresh covers (9) are placed in stacks in a carousel magazine (10) and are then engaged on the pins of the first transporter. After the cushions have been engaged in the clean and fresh covers, they are fed away via a conveyor belt (11).</p> |
