DECODING DEVICE, DECODING PROGRAM, AND DECODING METHOD

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To guarantee data transfer without delaying the data transfer after the expansion for image data when the data are decoded and expanded even if the image data are subjected to compression coding by using a variable length code, and also to attain low power consumption.

SOLUTION: A compression data coding device is composed of a compressor 2 for receiving image data to be compressed and coding the received data, a clock number detecting means 4 for detecting the number of adaptable clocks in decoding compressed data compressed by the compressor 2 for each unit region of the image data, and an information adding means 5 for adding information about the number of clocks detected by the means 4 to compressed data coded by the compressor 2.
