PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display device which can improve contrast by suppressing the reflection of external light surely and obtain a light-emitting element having superior characteristics. SOLUTION: This display device includes a substrate 20, a low reflective layer 31 consisting of a titanium film 31B and an indium tin oxide film 31A laminated in order from the substrate side on a surface of the substrate 20, an insulating film 55 formed on the low reflective layer 31, and a light-emitting element such as an organic EL element 50 formed above the insulating film 55.
