ROLLING TOOL AND ITS PRODUCTION METHOD

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rolling tool which has wear resistance and flaking resistance more excellent than those of the conventional one, and whose working life is elongated to improve durability. SOLUTION: The rolling tool is provided with a nitrided diffused layer formed by diffusion treatment of heating a nitriding treatment layer in a nitrogen atmosphere and whose hardness is gradually reduced to the depth direction at the surface layer part.
