PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make environment in a cabin comfortable while eliminating difficulty of wiring in a roof of a tight space. SOLUTION: Various on-vehicle electronic units 32a, 32b, 32c are connected to an instrument panel 33 by an in-vehicle network 55. A rear switch panel 31 and the instrument panel 33 are made radio-communicable. When an occupant in a rear seat operates a switch on the rear switch panel 31, control signal is transmitted to the instrument panel 33 by radio from the rear switch panel 31, enabling the various on-vehicle electronic units 32a, 32b, 32c to start. Since connection of a signal line to the rear switch panel 31 is not necessary, a large sized connector can be omitted and a system can be made thinner, and inside of the cabin can be designed widely.
