The anti-snail barrier has a vertical wall (1), at least 10 cm deep, driven into the ground. It is connected via a sharp acute angle bend (7) to the first side (2) of a V-section trough. The second side (3) is connected to the first side via a sharp right-angle bend. The flat sides of the trough slope at 45 degrees to the horizontal. A sharp obtuse angle joins the top edge of the second side to a narrow horizontal flange (4). The ends of each barrier section have small holes (5,6) in the flange and the vertical wall, to accommodate fasteners. Corners may be miter-cut or joined by special profiles.
|
