A method of making dumplings(mandu) using fermented ginseng is provided. The product has characteristic taste, flavor and efficacy of ginseng and is useful to maintain good health. Ginseng of 3-5 year old whose impurities and moisture are removed is mixed with edible oil in a ratio of 5:4 and fermented for 15 days or more and removed in edible oil to give fermented ginseng. Then it is mixed with meats, onion, sweet pepper, wheat flour, kneaded and molded to give the skin of dumplings. |
