PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new application of via electrodes so as to diversify the mounted states of capacitors.

SOLUTION: A laminated ceramic capacitor 10 is provided with via electrodes 15+ and 15- formed through the capacitor 10 from the front surface 10a to the rear surface 10b, and lands 17 which are electrically connected to either one of the via electrodes 15+ and 15- on the rear surface 10b of the capacitor 10. The lands 17 are formed in regions across pluralities of via electrodes 15 containing one or more via electrodes 15+ and 15-, respectively.
