<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly reliable sealing device with a magnetic encoder having improved detecting accuracy by a sensor. <P>SOLUTION: A magnetized detected part 3a to be detected by the sensor 6 provided on the outside is provided on the inside of an annular member 2.
