<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a constitution in which a strength can be more improved and a size can be reduced by realizing an increase in the engaging ratio of an internal toothed gear and an external toothed gear. <P>SOLUTION: In an angular position regulating mechanism, an engaging line 7 of the internal toothed gear 31 and the external toothed gear 21 is curved.
