PLANAR LIGHT EMITTING BODY

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a planar light emitting body capable of restraining formation of a useless space even if it is mounted on a small apparatus.

SOLUTION: A rod-like second light guide body 11 is formed along an edge part of a first light guide body 10 having a principal reflecting surface 10a; and a light source 12 is mounted at an end of the guide body 11. The guide body 11 is equipped with: a first reflecting surface 11a on the X2 side; and a second reflecting surface 11b on the Z2 side. Light emitted from the light source 12 is reflected toward the guide body 10 by the reflecting surface 11a and reflected to the side of light irradiation by the reflecting surface 10a, and reflected to the light irradiation side by the reflecting surface 11b.
