<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable users of a variety of facilities such as stores to recognize whether facilities attendants are true ones by means of a system for identifying facilities attendants. <P>SOLUTION: An information recording media reader 3 reads identification information recorded on an information recording media 1 and sends this information to a facilities operator's server 4 along with facilities and attendants identification information. The facilities operator's server causes the facilities and attendants identification information to be collated with the facilities and attendants identification information stored so as to determine whether the facilities and attendants identification information is true or not.
