<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic diagnostic equipment and an image processing device by which the comparison of images before and after the injection of a vasodilator agent in a contrast echo can be more accurately performed. <P>SOLUTION: This ultrasonic diagnostic equipment is equipped with image collecting means (12, 21, 22 and 23), a pixel matching means (26), an operation means (28) and display means (28 and 29). In this case, the image collecting means (12, 21, 22 and 23) collect image data by scanning a subject in which an ultrasonic contrast agent is injected with an ultrasonic beam. The pixel matching means (26) makes pixels match with each other between a plurality of images regarding the same area of the same subject which are collected by the image collecting means. The operation means (28) which calculates image information regarding the variation of the luminosity between a plurality of the images by using the luminosity of the pixel with which a plurality of the images match.
