ULTRA-HIGH STRENGTH CONCRETE USING INSULATOR POWDER AND ITS MANUFACTURING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase the strength development of concrete and also to reduce shrinkage by densifying a porous structure by replacing a part of fine aggregate or cement with insulator fine powder and packing the insulator fine powder between cement particles. SOLUTION: The ultra-high strength concrete is composed of the cement, water, the fine aggregate and coarse aggregate, and the fine aggregate is replaced with the insulator powder pulverized to a degree of 1-20μm, and a degree of 1-40% of the fine aggregate is replaced with the insulator powder and 1-30% of the cement is replaced with the insulator powder.
