<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the intrusion of a wind and dust without making a gap in the closing of a door. <P>SOLUTION: An automatic airtight device of the door is equipped with a hollow housing 2 whose slit-shaped opening 4 is provided in the longitudinal direction of one surface of a hollow material and which is mounted on a frame part of the door, and a sealing member 3 which is held by the hollow housing and which is composed of an elastic material capable of coming into contact with a contact object surface 11. The sealing member is composed of: a contact part 5 to be brought into contact with the contact object surface; a sliding part 6 which is elongated in the inward direction of the hollow housing from the contact part and which is inserted into the opening 4 of the hollow housing in such a manner as to be capable of protruding/receding; and an elastically deformable part 7 which is positioned at an inner end of the sliding part, whose end abuts on an inner surface, on the other side of the opening, of the hollow housing so as to urge the sliding part in the direction of the protrusion of the sliding part, and which can be bent and stretched in the sliding direction of the sliding part. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
