<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To have a user easily obtain a composite moving picture having a high entertainment property and formed, by combining a user picture possessed by the user with a moving picture template. <P>SOLUTION: A service server 10 communicates via the Internet 1, with user terminal equipment 20; prepares the composite moving picture according to a request from the user terminal equipment 20; and allows the reading of the prepared composite moving picture. The service server 10 has a plurality of moving picture templates; and selects the moving picture template desired by the user according with instructions from the user terminal equipment 20, and uploading the user picture possessed by the user to prepare the composite moving picture formed by combining the moving picture template with the user picture. Now, a URL (Uniform Resource Locator) used for reading the composite moving picture is notified to the user terminal equipment. The user terminal equipment accesses the service server 10 over the Internet 1 by using the URL.
