PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that it is difficult to discriminate a power supply at which overvoltage failure occurs and cannot be stopped in a redundant configuration where a plurality of power supplies are connected in parallel for higher reliability, preventing an improvement in reliability. SOLUTION: Using the state of a control circuit for parallel operation, a single judging circuit is provided for discriminating the presence of failure at overvoltage failure.
