摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To correct the tilting of an optical axis in a radial tilt direction with respect to an optical disk by simpler processing without needing another sensor for detecting the tilt angle of the optical disk. SOLUTION: An RF signal processing part 32 detects a traverse signal by a DPP (differential push pull) detection method for a radial tilt angle between an optical disk 2 and an optical pickup 31 and the radial tilt angle of a first range. An A/D servo controller 33 specifies a radial tilt angle corresponding to the traverse signal of a second range including a largest value in the detected traverse signal. A 3-axis driver 34 controls the posture of the optical pickup 31 with respect to the optical disk 2 based on the specified radial tilt angle.
