PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a processing device for an optical waveguide mold capable of cutting n lines of concentric arcuate grooves on the optical waveguide mold with excellent dimensional accuracy. SOLUTION: The processing device 1 for an optical waveguide mold includes a saddle 3 provided on a bed 2 to be movable in the front-to-rear direction (Z axis), a laterally moving table 4 provided thereon, a bite 10 mounted on a standing column 7 capable of rising and lowering in the vertical direction (Y axis) and a lift mechanism 6 for the bite, and a 2-stage 26 of the U axis and the V axis mounted on a rotatable rotary table 20 placed on the table 4. A workpiece w is fixed on the stage 26, and the workpiece w on the stage 26 is rotated by the rotation of the rotary table 20 to make a cut on the bite 10 for cutting the arcuate groove.
